    Hey, so I just got the blackberry protection plan for my classic. I figured with the price, why not?

    It only comes out to be just over 60 dollars a year. With 99 dollar deductible for claims.

    Has anybody had experience using it? How was the replacement process?

    I had to call customer support to correct a credit card error I made, and they seemed very friendly, and help ful.
