    I need to track a blackberry phone and I did with bb protect. But it only shows a map and where the phone is on the map without giving the actual address or even the area. For all I know the phone can be anywhere in the world. How do I find out the address/ area the phone is in??

    have you zoomed in to see the map better? doesn't it show exactly where the phone is?
