    I'm a BlackBerry Z10 user..
    When I want to use BlackBerry Protect, it just says,"BlackBerry connect is unavailable, unable to connect to BlackBerry service, try again later".. Is there a solution to this?
    Or will I have to wait for the coming update?

    Have you tried logging in to BlackBerry Protect online?

    Try to do a restart of the device and then try again. Make sure u check it online to at protectblackberry.com
