My bf gave me his 9780 but it has his blackberry protect on,so its hardly allowing me to do much without it asking for his bb protect password,
Is there no way I can change it to my blackberry I'd?

Secure wipe the from the security options then set the device up from scratch

You need to do a security wipe. Possibly a os reload afterwards

Hello unregistered, Was this phone "really" your boyfriends or did you "find" it and you are trying to get past BlackBerry Protect?

BlackBerry Protect is registered to the device so unless you get his password he will still be able to log in and track it to your location. (even if you wipe it)
