    I recently misplaced my phone ,Use BlackBerry Protect to lock it And it worked flawlessly. I found my phone, unlocked it and everything is great. Now, about two times a day the same lock screen pops up. How do I keep this from happening ?

    Try a hard reset, it usually fixes little problems.

    Maybe lock on where you locked to se if it's bugged from there

    Just try disabling BlackBerry Protect... reboot and test it. Then re- enable it.

    Tried turning off BlackBerry Protect and reboot and still doing it with protect off. Hummmm, bit of a head scratcher. Anyone else have suggestions?
