[CrackBerry Question]

Hey had my Priv for 4 months and the battery life has taken a big turn, and slowly the battery goes down on a charger while using. Also I have a Qualcomm quick charge, and now that's charging about as fast as it did with its original charger. I've deleted most of the apps I don't use anymore and according to battery history it's the screen. Which is on the lowest level, I do notice it'd "awake" a lot which might be the problem, but I'm staring at it while I eat with the screen off, on a charger and the indicator just doesn't increase. So what could it be? I have Lollipop in it.

Are you on verizon? Is that why you are on lollipop? If not, i would upgrade to marshmallow.
Either way, a security wipe is what you likely need anyways, even if you update.

Yeah I'm on Verizon :/ security wipe, you mean just back up and reset to factory settings? (Thanks for the quick reply!)

Yes that's what I would try. Something doesn't seem right.
