no, unfortunately you cannot

if you're interested in expanding your application arsenal on BlackBerry 10, please feel free to follow these instructions:

you are already using what is considered by some to be a superior OS with BlackBerry 10, but if you need android apps on your BlackBerry 10 device - follow the steps i linked above

if you're unsatisfied with the play store solution and wish to upgrade to a BlackBerry running the most secure version of android, upgrade to a BlackBerry Priv device next (or wait for the Rome / Hamburg devices to arrive soon)
