How do I fix my passport the keyboard stopped working!! My swiping works but the actual physical buttons don't I was told that a software reload would work, but my phone isn't cooperating I'm wondering what to do now!!

Did you start by hard restarting phone by holding + and - volume buttons for awhile. Not the Power button restart.

Do a hard reboot as suggested...you can also hard reboot by holding power button down for about 20-30 seconds until the red LED flashes and the BlackBerry boot logo reappears.

If that fails to correct your keyboard issue you may need to reload your OS.

You should also try BBVE on your device to check for any potential hardware failure.
