    For the first part of your question, the Blackberry World app WeChat is VERY outdated (last update was Jan 2014) so it does not work well at all. For this app you are much better off using the Google Play Store WeChat app which does work well on the Passport. My wife uses it ALL DAY LONG. Believe me, I know . And I am sorry but I don't understand the second part of your question, but again, it sounds as if you need the android Paypal app which I use in my Passport as there is no BBW version.
