    If i try to uninstall apps from playstore it crash and the apps still remain there. Searching on forum i knew I should install bar files from 2813 and hard reset. My questions are:

    1 Is it correct?
    2 How to do hard reset on passport?
    3 Will i lose play store and other apps or other with hard reset? thanks
