I recently used autoload to upgrade my blackberry z10 SLT-100-1 to BlackBerry OS to 10.3 via developer site there was no problem in installing but then also it does not shows the basic apps like video, music, file manager, etc. Please help me what to do. ??????

Its not supposed to, that's an OS for developers not end users.
You will be missing quite a few things and some apps will not even work properly.

Your best bet is to either download the last 10.3 leak (full OS) or go back to the official 10.2.1 OS.

Also there are a lot of threads on Crackberry about this. Please use the search function.

Downgrade or install the missing apps by sideloading... you MUST read carefully the topic before installing a new OS not just go ahead to have the awesome new shiny thing.

Go back and read it so you understand what we're saying.

Yeaaaa dont even bother with 10.3, your best bet is to go back to 10.2.1

Once the autoloader is done loading you'll be back to normal. Then just wait for 10.3 to be officially released.

Unfortunately you will have to wait for the official release of 10.3.3 from Blackberry.

The version you have used is an unofficial release which is not fully functional for daily use. There is no way to downgrade or restore your device. Sorry and good luck.

You cannot downgrade back to 10.3.2
You will have to wait for the official release of 10.3.3 from Blackberry.

Unfortunately many people, like yourself, have loaded the Developer 10.3.3 OS but the Developer version is not suitable for regular use....nothing can be done.
