I've done a factory reset on my q10 and now can't pair it with speaker. Is there a way to reset paired devices on a speaker?

You phone is showing no previous bluetooth speaker profile correct? If f it does, a long press on the profile and delete should get rid of it. Make sure the phone is set to discoverable and if that doesn't work there should be a refresh button.

I have my speaker out in the car, but I left my phone at home else I could help you a little more.

If the Bluetooth connection is lost, you can press and hold the
Play/Pause/Call function button on the speaker for 5 seconds to
turn on pairing mode at any time

Clear pairing list
Press and hold for 8 seconds while sliding the power switch to the on
position, until you hear two long beeps

No it does not show it paired. After a few times i've maneged to pair it again turning it on while pressing all 3 buttons for few secs.
