Open Installed tab in BlackBerry Appworld.
Tap delete instead of uninstall. It will delete the app totally from your app history.

Swipe from the top on blackberry world, select settings then general and then click "refresh blackberry world" if you're completely stuck then do a hard reboot (hold down both volume up and down button until your device reboots.

If you're using an stl-1 z10, then hold the power button until the device reboots ignoring the "restart" option the phone gives you.
