Hey guys, I have decided to research on Blackberry for my university's Strategic Management subject. I would like your inputs on Blackberry's overall Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities(Future) and Threats.

What I currently have are:

Strengths: Trusted and Proven Enterprise Security, Secure and Reliable Smartphones that focus on communication

Weaknesses: Lack of native consumer apps, poor marketing strategies

Opportunities: ability to become world leader in enterprise mobile device management through BES12, a lot of potential for QNX in other markets such as in-car entertainment
