    Hi, I'm eveytime I connect my Q10 via the usb to BlackBerry link my syncs are unsuccessful, msg reads.. Failed to commit changes to device.

    I guess you could try a couple things: uninstall Link and then reboot your computer. Then re install it. Use CCleaner to clean out the extra stuff on your hdd and in your cache.
    Then try again. Reboot your phone.

    What type of windows are you using?

    This is not a drive space issue. Go to blackberry.com/btsc and do a search for 'failure to commit'. There is a problem with one or more entries. If you can find the documentation, it will provide instructions on determining the affected entries. Also, it may be best to explore any wireless sync options available to you.

    Windows 7, phones drive space is okay.
    Can't seem to sync wireless either.
