I'm having a lot of problems with my BlackBerry link as the main problem I'm having is that I'm unable to backup or restore my phone at all x
It's not even in the sense that when I start the backup and half way through it stops I'm talking like I can't do anything on that section of BlackBerry link at all x
The only thing I see on it is a message saying 'unable to backup or restore device through wifi connections' (or something along the lines of that!) x
I've never had this problem before it all happened sometime after Christmas I really don't know what's happening x
Can someone please help and advise me x

Go to Settings>Storage and Access and disable the Access over WiFi setting if it's enabled. Then plug your device into your computer and try to back up using Link.

Hi, tried that, I'm able to sync now but still un able to do a 'back up'
