    Hey guys whenever I plug my BlackBerry Q10 to my latop and try to sync my photos via BlackBerry Link it won't work. On sync menu when I click photos it says 'loading sync relations' and this goes on and on. And when I try to copy the photos from link to it Says 'syncing error photos didn't sync completely'. What to do? Plz. Help. Thanks in advance

    I don't use Link but you have alternatives:

    • Blend: Run Blend, paiir with your device and use the file transfer tool there;
    • Mass storage mode: If you have a SD card in, Settings > Connections > USB > Mass Storage Mode > On - The SD will show as a hard drive and you can drag drop to/from there (Just make sure any images on /memory/camera are moved to /sd/camera before you do it);
    • Use BOX/DropBOX/OneDrive to sync your photos to the cloud as soon as they are taken and install the desktop client so they are downloaded to the PC as soon as it notices new files.

    Hope this helps!

    As for Link...
    1. Turn Airplane mode on;
    2. Make sure Mass Storage Mode is off;
    3. Delete all computers from Settings > Device Connections (the icon is just like Blend's);
    4. Uninstall Link from the PC;
    5. Clean cache/temp/registry;
    6. Reboot PC;
    7. Turn airplane mode off;
    8. Plug device to PC;
    9. Let device install Link/Drivers (and Blend if you want);
    10. Reboot and then run Link through its setup.
