    When i connect my phone to computer it says blackberry link not responding and I unistalled it and tried it again and it still says blackberry link not responding and when I do it without connecting the phone it still says the same I wanna restore my phone real bad

    I think guys here said link is not work properly with windows 10. I don't use windows 10 so I cannot test it. Search around forum that you may find work around.
