    Does the backup option backup EVERYTHING on the phone like whatsapp chats, texts, bookmarks and history on browser etc. ? Everything basically

    For the most part it makes a backup of all the BlackBerry related items. You can also backup your media and apps. But I've found that I usually lose my Whatsapp cache and a bunch of other app-related settings that I have to backup manually if I want to keep it.
