There is no Leap-specific stock wallpapers. So unless you have one you are looking for specifically, saying 'stock' wallpaper doesn't mean much.

If u want this wallpaper then go to settings and then display... in display at the bottom you will see 'advanced' as soon as you enter that you will see an option...reset to carrier wallpaper. Click on that... it will restore your stock wallpaper but it wont change your lockscreen wallpaper... for that go in setting again and this time under security and privacy go to lock screen... in the lock screen you will see an option saying set lock screen wallpaper... click on it... now when u are in the option look at the bottom of the screen you will see a blue search icon...click it and type "bb" you will see a black wallpaper as a search result. click on that and

Bam!

You have it.
