The phone still associates with your old id and password.

If you can still access your original email account you can recover your old password for your original id.

....but If you can't access the account or have forgotten your id unfortunately you now have a brick. There is no way around the BlackBerry protection service without the original password..

Throw your phone in the garbage and buy a new one.

    Hey emel,

It's a little unclear what you're asking, but if you're wondering how you delete a Blackberry ID from your phone you cannot do so short of reloading the software/doing a factory reset. BE AWARE that if your phone is attached to Blackberry Protect and you do not disable it before you do the wipe/use an autoloader, you may have trouble setting up the new phone.

If you're asking something else, please clarify and we'll be happy to help.
