    my blackberry z10 is not working... its showing all the apps but i am unable to open any of them even we cant open settings and instead of hub its a black screen which is coming what should i do and even it is not getting connected to laptop only main screen is there i cant do anything....

    Better question is what have you already done?


    • Have you tried rebooting your device?
    • Have you tried resetting the Hub? (5 swipes diagonally across your display when Hub is in view)
    • Have you tried accessing the settings and performing a wipe?
