    Nope.

    Dark system settings screen requires an AMOLED screen. LCD screens are white.

    Open up settings and go to Accessibility. Toggle Reverse Contrast.

    You now have Dark Theme hub!

    All else will be "white" is the only caveat.

    Dark Theme hub is NOT available in any BB10 device.
    The approach I suggested does work for Hub but it does so at the expense of all other Dark themes because it reverses the contrast everywhere.
    Simply a fun work around to say you finally have a Dark Hub in BB10....and it works in PP too.
