    Open you phone app, click on the three dots in the top right settings /calls/ additional settings / caller ID

    What Carjackd said. Try that first.

    If that doesn't work, contact your carrier. In some cases, your service provider must adjust a setting on their end.
    But try the Settings inside the Phone app first.
