You neglected to mention what type of BlackBerry but T-Mobile's requirements are clear for compatible devices and T-Mobile only has it built-in for certain devices as noted on their own DIGITS FAQ page.

The DIGITS App will run on:

    • Any Android device running Lollipop (5.0+) or above can download the DIGITS app from the Play Store.
    • Any iOS device running iOS 9 or above can download the DIGITS app from the Apple App Store.
    • Any PC or Mac using Chrome or Firefox can use the web to access DIGITS, as well.

DIGITS will run natively on Samsung Galaxy S6, Galaxy S6 edge, Galaxy S6 edge +, Galaxy S7, Galaxy S7 edge or Note5 purchased through T-Mobile. They already have DIGITS integrated directly into the devices right out of the box. No software download required.
tl;dr: If you're on BB10, don't expect to be able to use it.
