Every time I used to receive a message or a phone call on my BlackBerry Curve, it used to freeze and go to a white screen and stay there no matter what until I pulled the battery out of my phone to reset it, just for the problem to happen again this could also happen out of the blue even if I am not using my phone. I thought that it might be the batter playing up so I bought a brand new one, and now only in my first week of having the new battery in my phone it is starting to play up and freeze again. Does anyone have any advise or have you encountered this before? Thanks

Time to get a new BB 10 phone. No freezing!

You can buy an unlocked z10 and q10 for cheap $$$.

I think you need to back up you device, wipe it and only restore you contacts. Try not to bring any corrupt data back into the device

Right curve!!!! Yes, I say stick with my original suggestion. My guess is corrupt data from you back up. It could also be related to an app that could easily be in installed and reinstalled.
