[CrackBerry Question]

After the recent software update my Blackerry Classic "freezes" then "unfreezes" repeatedly. I think next time will never restart. (i hope I'm not traveling) Is there a way to unfreeze the device besides trying to close it (not working in this case)?
A have BB devices for 14 years. This problem and other that we have, after the recent update, should be addressed by the new owners of the company.

TCL just owns right to produce new devices using the name. They have NOTHING to do with legacy hardware or software.

When does the phone "freeze".... more info you provide, better the odds are we could pinpoint an issue. But if you recently installed 10.3.3 and did an OTA update... real solution is to do a clean install of the OS without restoring any old data. You can try doing a clean install and then restoring data and see how things go...

But yeah it would be best to wait till you get home.... I'd still do a hard reboot.
