Ok I had this issue on my Q10 before and now on my Classic 6 months later. I dunno if it's keyboard wear or what but quite often I get double character types Ex: "I wwent to tthe store."

    Is there a fix?

    learn how to type correctly?

Some have had success with returning a device, once, twice or thrice.... some have not been successful with replacing the hardware.

Having had the same problems with both my Q10 and Classic, I am afraid that the only fix might be to stay away from the new generation of BlackBerry keyboard devices.

The company has had enough time to deal with the issue, but is seemingly deaf to the problem. Good luck with your situation.
