    I use Windows 7, and until the past month had no problem backing up my Blackberry Classic using the Desktop Manager. Then suddenly, it would not recognize my phone even though it was properly connected and showed up on the computer as being connected. So I uninstalled, and I think reinstalled the proper download. Twice, that didn't work. Currently, there is no blackberry desktop on my laptop. Can anyone give me the specific download link for Blackberry classic desktop manager that should work with windows 7? And if that doesn't work, any suggestions? I've done troubleshooting and everything else and feel like I'm ready to toss all technology out the window! Thanks!!
