    Blackberry Bold 9900 is connected to WiFi but twitter and facebook app says I'm not subscribed to a service plan and I need to connect to the wifi. The browser app loads webpages just fine

    Most apps on BlackBerry Legacy devices require a proper data plan to be functional. Go have a talk with your carrier.
