    After setting up my work email(office 365) on my blackberry bold 9900(software 7.1) the blackberry only receives/syncs emails within the main inbox and doesn't sync the folders. If I move a new email into a folder on my desktop outlook it disappears from my BB inbox.

    The folders do not appear on the view folder options on the BB.

    I believe with BBOS it's best for you to do imap sync

    BBOS doesn't fully support Exchange, so the IMAP suggestion may be your best bet. Your other option is to get a BB10 device which supports ActiveSync, or an Android device
