    Anybody know why my blackberry bold 9900 won't let me hear the other person in a phone call but they can hear me? I can hear them only if i use the speakerphone.

    One of two things are usually the explanation. Either a software glitch that might be cleared by a battery pull, or your earpiece speaker has failed. There are cases where it is an OS glitch, and reloading an OS has helped, as a third option.
