    Blackberry Blend brings up my "dashboard" etc but Blackberry Link says no device connected. When I connect with usb it takes me to a screen to load it and step 1 of 9 tells me to look for a picture the same as my device and click on it but no pictures come up. Have tried reloading with no success.

    Have you updated LINK?

    Go download the latest version of Blend (includes LINK and Drivers).

    Delete all application in Programs and Features that have the BlackBerry name, Reboot, Install BLEND (along with LINK and Drivers), Reboot and then connect you phone with the USB cable.
