Not so long ago, while I was on 10.2. I could leave my z10 by my bedside at 30% on standby, wake up in the morning and find it at +-28%, however now that I have 10.3 , if I left my phone by my bedside, at 30%, I would find it empty in the morning, before I sleep I turn everything off, like my wifi and network, is there a solution to this?

Well, that's so annoying, right? I had the same issue and I found out that there's an app which sucked out the power out of my phone. After I deleted it, the battery lasted much longer. In my case the app in question was "Tapped Out" (Game).
Try the following:Go to settings -> App Manager -> Device Monitor: In the action-bar on the bottom make sure that the battery symbol is blue - if not press it. In the upper-right corner (where that small arrow is) press it and chose "last 48 hours". Eventually go trough the apps in the list below and look if you have an app that uses a huge amount of your battery's power.

    Did it work for you?

I had the same thing with my Z30, the battery drained much faster after 10.3.1 update. So I read a post somewhere on these forums that said that most update issues can be solved by a security wipe. So yesterday morning I backed up and did a security wipe. After reinstalling everything I charged the phone and I've been running on a single charge since then (about 31 hours now) and my battery is at 26% at the moment.
