    Balance is only available on BlackBerry 10 devices connected to a BES.

    The first response regarding 10.3.1.1154 is in regards to Blend, not Balance.

    You'd need to have an employer that uses BES 10 or 12 to manage devices. It's a corporate feature, not a general consumer one.
