    I don't know why my BlackBerry App World isn't working on my Z3, anytime I open app world it shows and error message which makes it close, and my BBM needs an update. I need to fix it soon. My BlackBerry Game hasn't opened without an error message in over a year, I don't want my app world to continue this way, any tips please?.

    go to bbm on your browser....BBM for Android & iPhone iOS - Download Free Instant Messaging - US and reload the app. there is a button at the bottom for BBW
