hello, my blackberry 9850 is about a year old and all of a sudden i cant switch it on because it gets stuck on the boot screen on startup, it shows the blackberry progress loading screen as usual and it loads til about 98% and then gets stuck, i waited on it for 14hours and nothing, its just hanging there, please help? what is a the problem and what can i do?
