[CrackBerry Question]

I have an already used Blackberry but then i have encountered a problem with the Enterprise activation email and password, i dont know how to go about it, please help.

Enterprise (BES) is for business use only. If the company you work for uses enterprise, then their IT department can connect you.

If you device is your own personal phone, you don't need enterprise, you need BIS, call your network carrier and ask them to activate your BIS, once it's activated you can setup the phone with your BlackBerry ID and when you go into email setup, you will see a second option to add your personal email account.
