    BlackBerry leap doesn't support in Mac book air....connecting BlackBerry leap it shows connected but it is not accessible...I have deleted n installed the software again still didn't work.....it used to work before but not now..further, reload also don't work....it crashes the app..wat to do now??

    It is showing connected but it is not accessible....also I have tried factory reset to the phone and install BlackBerry link again...
