I'm using a BlackBerry Q10 with the latest OS 10.3, recently when I download an app, upload a file or store contacts everything get lost after a phone's restart and alternatively things I have deleted re-occurs. This thing is frustrating, how can I resolve it?

Sounds like the app is what is causing the issue what app did you install on the device....i would try a couple hard resets of you device. If it doesn't resolve the issue, back up you're device in Link, wipe your device, and try to fresh install the current OS with Link
