    My z10 is of imported from singapore and it's z10 stl100-4. I'm not getting update. Showing as latest software is 10.2.1.2997.

    Can someone please suggest me.

    You'd need to run the update manually or acquire a Verizon International SIM card.

    You can get the autoloader of 10.3.1 from developer.blackberry.com but before that backup your device.

    I recently bought a Blackberry Z10. It is also STL100-4 and I don't receive the update as well. Even in sachesi, there is no individual update for STL100-3 and 4 it only has an update for STL100-2

    It's there for stl100-3.
    I think stl100-4 devices are left out.

    Absolutely. Only the STL100-1 is different, it has an OMAP CPU. The rest use a Snapdragon, and the same software.

    OS is the same. Radios are different as well as some video cards.

    Software is the same for STL100-2, 3, and 4 because they have the same SoC and GPU. They have the same radios, with the addition of a CDMA radio in the STL100-4 for N. America, specifically Verizon.
