    Hello People,

    I am testing the blackberry protect and am getting a ***** error.

    Every time i try to lock the device from BB protect website it says "The command has been sent to your device. But there is no command result available."

    How can i resolve this ?

    What device do you have? Which OS are you using on it? Where is the phone when you send the lock command?
