Gentlemen's , I deleted my old bb id and a flash message shown to me to log in to device but I ignored the message.
After some days As I format the device and start phone the devise ask me to" Write a id that you was used earlier"
But as you know I deleted the id now how I set up devise again.
I have only one a phone.

And where I lived there is no customer center, neither I have customer no.
Please provide me support.
