I am considering a upgrade from BlackBerry Bold 9780. The whole reason I left touch-screen phone was because of my typing experience. people are saying that the Z10 keyboard has the physical keyboard feel and is the best virtual keyboard that they have ever had the good fortune of coming across. I like a simple phone with good typing experience. I don't use my Bold often so the 1500 mAh battery wasn't a problem ever. The only think I hated about my Bold was the apps. Since I came from Android to OS, apps were a problem. Facebook was fine but the fact that they were missing Instagram and lots of good games. I have heard that Z10 features Instagram. Does the Q10 feature it as well? Did you guys come from keyboard to touch-screen? Is Z10 better or Q10?

It depends on personal choice,
All touch screen phones have better multimedia experience due to bigger screen.
Go for Z30 instead and go for Q10 if you want physical keyboard.
But the touch keyboard is also very good.

Q 10 have better battery life and the Z10 have a better screen. I went from a bold 9780 to a Z10 and have no issues with the Z keyboard. The typing experience was excellent and I got use to it in about 3 days.
But I recommend the Z30 if you want a full touch screen.
