    May I ask why you don't go to BlackBerry World and just try too install and see what happens?
    No need to ask this question if you can just try yourself.

    What device are you using? I installed Beta Zone on my Passport, Q10, and Z30 and I'm running 10.3.1 on all of them. I had Beta Zone installed when I had 10.3.0 on them as well.

    Probably country restrictions. Beta Zone is not available in all countries around the world.

    This is the right answer. I give up because this restriction. You have to change proxy in wifi connection.

    But, when I tried first getting the app I was at the office which is connected through a proxy to the UK...

    You have to connect through wifi. Disable gsm. Set proxy. But it is not guaranted that you can get it. I did it but failed. Then I forgive it.
