Dunno Android but I'd try Camera++ , if you don't mind the price tag.
Just bought Camera++ today. It's leaps and bounds better than stock app. I liked it so much I bought the developer's other software as well.

I will recommend you effectica ++ because it is native but since you want android app you can try pics art.
