I'm planning to buy a new BB. Just want some pointers about which is the better one - BB Z10 or BB Z30. I'm not sure about battery not removable in Z30. Is there any catch to it or is it ok? Also let me know if the OS in Z10 can be upgraded to 10.2

It depends on your needs. The Z30 is a better device by many metrics, however the Z10 can meet very specific needs that the Z30 can't. Both can be upgraded to 10.2 (and 10.3.1.)

Want a good, bright screen under the sun? Z10
Want better battery life between charges? Z30
Larger screen? Z30
Want Miracast/WiFi Direct? Z30
Removable battery (as you know: ) Z10

If you decide to go with the Z10, just make sure you don't get the STL100-1 model.

The current os version for a Z10 is 10.2.1.3062, and we are currently waiting for the 10.3 official release to come out. If you are impatience then there is the 10.3 beta releases which run fine. Either way its for you to decide.
I have both Z10 and Z30 and prefer the Z30 due to the battery life and it seems to run a bit faster.
