9930 do you want BIS?
Q10 want a keyboard?
Z10 want an all touch device?
Z30 want a large all touch device?

And at some point soon the Classic.

We need a filter for the word best. It's so subjective, especially when asked in such a general fashion. Most would consider the Z30 best, but scalemaster is right, it depends on the definition of best, and what CDMA carrier you want it to work on.
