    Hallo,

    i have this problem with a BES 10.2.4
    I will install the first apn certificate from apple
    the install I get the following message:.
    The new APNs certificate topic does not match the previously installed one. This will result in iOS devices not responding to commands. Do you want to upload the mismatching certificate?

    But this is the first certifacate

    This thread was from Oct 2014, with no responses. I recommend having the IT admin contact BlackBerry and pay for support. Would be a lot faster and should have correct information given.
