So I use bedside mode every night, just to hide notifications.

I know if you leave the screen turned on it displays a clock.

I'm wondering if it's bad for the phone to leave the screen on with the click displayed on bedside mode.
I don't want to wear out the screen, or do anything bad to the phone.

I'm using a blackberry classic, and blackberry classic docking cradle. (the one that was on sale on shop crackberry two weeks ago)

I have been using the Bedside Mode on all of my BB10 phones from day one of owning them (of course, not all at the same time! Lol), and have not noticed any screen quality degradation in any of them. I am convinced these phones are designed to be running in that mode all night if the user wants to. For me, the option to use the phone in the Bedside Mode as an alarm clock is one of the BB10's strengths!

Yeah I agree, I like the feature, I always set my alarm that way, then turn the screen off.

And yes I suppose if the feature is built in, the phone is probably made to stay on like that.

    Thanks for your help
